Hello,

The Risk API needs a manual override. As a person who has been flagged under a false positive with no end in sight to clear my name I cannot begin to tell you the amount of frustration that is forming.

Having someone who will check my account, check my transaction history and actually take the time to LOOK AT MY TRANSACTIONS instead of just letting some random algorythm put a checkmark in a box and letting me stay in limbo is bad customer service in my mind.

Furthermore, the information available on the risk api is nil, which is partially understandable because of how it works, and I don't really care on 'how' it works as long as there is some kind of method for resolving the issues such as mine, which apparently there is not. Everyone can understand that an automated service cannot be correct 100% of the time, but, if one customer is victimized by this as I have been, it is one too many. How many others have been flagged as false postiives and been stuck in this limbo and just not spoken up?

I have contacted customer support. They have limited information and keep referring me to the same vague website that says "Meanwhile, we do review the Risk API data regularly to reduce the possibility of inhibiting users unnecessarily".

So here are my questions..

What is regularly, when exactly will this data be reviewed again to remove me from the list?

When will Linden Labs verify my account to prove that each transaction was made by selling legit items in world?

How can I help verify my account?

When will a manual override be in place to stop these false positives?
