Lately post wednedays disaster, iv had problems with buying prims on SL... Oftentimes ill select an object to buy, look at its inventory, then go back to it to purchase, but now when i do that, it oftentimes will stick and wont allow me to buy that object unless I logout and log back in....
instead the only option that will appear in the wheel is RATE untill i log out and back in again
Anyone seen this

Yeah I have this problem too. What you have to do is hold down your right mouse button to freeze the first option wheel in place so you can select buy or what have you. If you just right click once like before, it will automatically jump you to the 2nd option wheel. The first option wheel can be seen for like half a second.
