Everything is fine, however the hair graphics are not fully loading. It actually looks like I'm a half bald mid 40's guy. I've cleared my cache, but that really didnt do anything. Any help?

if you have object mesh detail set to low (preference/graphical details) or your cam to far away from you it can look odd.
Guess you resized it to fit ?, texture usually look graywashywashy if its half loaded.

Part of more general problems with texture loading and general sim performance I think.
Since a couple of updates ago time dilation and sim fps seems to have become erratic in many sims, and textures rez, de-rez and then re-rez regularly.
LL will fix it eventually (and break something else in the process! It's the way of it!)
