Problems with Importing Sound

I'm posting this here, because I can't find a more appropriate forum. (There are forums for building, scripting, texturing, and clothing, but not sound?) I am trying to upload some music files, and used Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) to cut my music into 10-second bits. But, when I try to upload them, Secondlife still complains about the length. Does the sound need to be <10 seconds, rather than <=10 seconds? If not, what's going on here?

I of course made the mistake of not reading the sticky pointing me to the wiki, and therefore not reading the wiki. So sound does need to be less than 10 seconds long. Isn't having the error for sound length saying "must be a maximum of 10 seconds long" misleading? I take maximum to mean <=.
