Hello all.
I've submitted this question via the support e-mail, and have yet to receive any help... so I thought I would ask here.
I am unable to fully connect to SL. When attempting to connect, at the "Waiting for region handshake..." I am prompted with the following:
"Unable to connect. Login packet never received by login server. Please try again in a few minutes, or click Help for advice and a link to the system status web page."
I can login with one account, but not my primary. Any ideas.

I have exactly the same problem too, so I'm glad it's not just me or my computer. Did you guys find any solution to this? I am thinking about calling them to see what's going on with this.

I ended up calling them yesterday morning. They were able to hijack my avatar and log in over the phone. When I got home, it worked just fine.

You can also try changin the location your AV logs into. Go into your Preferences, and change Last Location to My Home and see if that works.
