Hello,

This might be simple, it might be difficult, but I haven't figured it out short of contacting the landowner next door to handle an object (even that might not work).

Here is the issue:

I put up a structure on my land that I had bought, and well it just barely fits the width of my property, so I had some issue placing and orienting it correctly while using the terraform feature that came with it.

A few tries and I got my home placed properly, but in doing so...a single item has attempted to terraform into the property next door, and every time I visit my land I get the following message repeating an infinite amount of times:

Sink Spout -225 v1.01: 0.000002 Meters to go, until you lose me
Sink Spout -225 v1.01: This item wasn't able to dig deeper

Scrolling and scrolling and scrolling....

(I feel like Noriega trapped in the palace listening to Van Halen all day...cept I like Van Halen...hate this scroll chat)

So here is what I have tried:
Restart
Pick up everything
Try to pick up item (I can't even using view controls)
Emptying my cache
Deleting the sink spout from my inventory
Stopping animations
Packing and restarting the home build
All sorts of preference adjustments

Anyways....I don't have much, but I will offer a 100L reward to whoever can dispose of this nasty item before I can figure it out. You can visit my property and eliminate it, or you can tell me how to do that here. Feel free to IM me if I am online, or if you post the solution here first, then I will pay you. :)

PS I have already contacted the property owner next door, if the only solution is for him to retrieve the item, then I already have that working, so it wouldn't be right to pay the reward IMHO, but if you can get rid of it before he is able to, then the Lindens are yours.

Thanks Timmay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, the workaround here if this strange thing happens to anyone else was the following:

First, tried to highlight transparent items and pick it up, when that didn't work, I allowed Timmay to modify objects as a friend and as soon as he clicked on it, the thing flew away.

Very bizarre. Giving another person the ability to modify your objects is not a good idea in general, but Timmay is the man, and I absolutely pledge to assist any other "noob" that needs assistance.

There are some great people here in SL.
