Issues with Beta Program and Password Recovery

I recently went to recover my password. It would let me change it but then tell me it wasn't correct. I reset it MILLIONS of times before having to call the number. Finally the number said disconnected, and the email said no longer in service. I am very frustrated. I finally called billing number and they helped. Well I can now log into the page and the main program but Beta won't let me in. What am I doing wrong? I want to test out the voice. I know it works cause my husband's character is now in the game.

Hi Judy, I do think that the password reset tool was indeed broken, but I think it's been fixed now.

I can tell you that your password will not be corrected on the beta grid until the next DB snapshot is posted. So, it's not your fault, the beta grid's db is only updated so often, and is more than likely using slightly older account information now at this point.
