Lock Up Connecting To Region

Whenever I try to log on as of today, it gets stuck at Connecting To Region and locks up completely taking up 50 percent of my CPU usage, and I have to eithier shut down my PC, or close it via task manager.

I have tried:

- Reinstalling

- Installing GFX drivers

- Installing AGP drivers

I have a Radeon 9800 (Saphire I think)

1GB of Ram

Pentium 4 3.20 GHZ

Windows XP with SP2

P4 ~ Hyperthreading so 50% cpu is what SL would use.

Tried another sim login, could be the one you was in last unresponsive or just gutter slow.
