Age Verification Problem...

I tried to sign up for an account because I'm under the age of 18. This account went through although it's a regular account which I do not want. I recieved an email stating I had been invited to the Teen Grid and to click the link provided to do so. I do it, and it tells me to contact support. I contact support, and I'm told I'm underaged and need to verify my age. All I want to do is sign up for the teen grid with the invite I recieved

How can this be accomplished?

In order to register for the Teen grid, you have to be 13 to 17. If you ended up in Second Life, that's because you gave an incorrect date of birth.

Try registering for Second Life again with your actual birthdate.
