Hey there, My girlfriend has asked me to post because she's forgotten her password. She wishes to change her password but cannot because she doesn't know it. She has been using that "remember me" option to log in to play. We've looked everywhere for the email that has the password but cannot find it. Maybe it was deleted? who knows.
Anywho we tried the reset password option on the website and it sent an email with a link to be clicked to reset your password. After we click it we are met with a screen that says something along the lines of "if you are having problems with your password please call us on (866) 4769763
When we call the number it says "the call cannot be connected please check the number and try again". We are in Australia. Are we putting in the phone number wrong or something? is there an easier way to reset the password?
