account not credited with $

Please help!

I opened a basic account and tried to complete the tutorial but the first goal star unchecked itself and I could'nt repeat the tutorial to get it to re check. I then went to the help island to try to relsove the issue but no one could help. i have been trying to go back to the original tutorial since but only succeeded once and found the challenge box had gone. I therefore have not completed the tutorial and have had no $ crediterd to my account. i then upgraded to a premim account to get some$ but my $1000 credit has also not shown up. How do I get the money and finish the tutorial. i cannot even get to a help island as it will never log me in I am just frozen out of the game.

1) Unless things have changed recently, you don't get any money for completing the tutorial. If you are wanting to learn more, there is a public Orientation Island, which will teach you the basic skills you need to know in SL.

2) The $1000 (I thought it was $2000?) you get for a premium account is only if you signed up for that at the start, you don't get it if you aupgraded afterwards.

3) It sounds like it's a technical issue that is preventing you from logging into SL, You don't get 'frozen out' because you didn't do the tutorial.

All that aside, now that you are a premium member you can file a support ticket, or contact Live Chat, about not being able to log in. Just go to the support portal. Good luck!
