"always allow" not allowing? a known issue? maybe i'm the issue.

the role within a group to "always allow create objects" defines as
"Members in a Role with this Ability can create objects on a group-owned parcel, even if it's turned off in About Land > Options tab."
right? hmmm.

the role didn't work and the tag will not override the plot setting and i was wondering if i'm missing some other option toggling or the feature doesn't work or just has one of those simple solutions like teleporting to mars and come back for it to work properly

Since no one replied and I don't think I'm doing anything wrong in the settings, I've submitted it to Jira.

I know most people use a different groups for different settings, I just want to use one single group with different settings (one tag can build everywhere in the land, the other one can just build where the land says so) and so this role is currently useless.
