Nothing works!

I still haven't been past "change you appearance."
First I couldn't move.
Then it was so slow that I could barely move.
Constant crashes and freezes.
Cannot do anything in "change you appearance."
HELP!
I've changed settings, fixed the router...everything.
Nothing seems to work!

What kind of computer do you have? What make and model of video card, CPU, motherboard and RAM do you have? How long has this been happening? Have you been able to log in and have it work correctly ever?
