We REALLY need to have some support during the weekends. When technical issues happen, it's not an option for most struggling businesses in here to wait for Monday. Lindens please note, most businesses rely on weekend sales to survive and when a glitch happens, waiting until Monday can put them so far behind.
On top of this, many times changes on Wednesdays that take till Friday to fix, then something else happens on saturday, can hurt livelihoods and cause so many people to leave SL. I'm sure we all know that you have a million requests for things, but an emergency support ticket option that could be looked at by a Linden who is online during the night and weekend hours, and can judge the urgency of the situation and help with it, would be a suggestion.
