It happens now a lot. I click by on a vendor, enter the amount to pay and it gets locked. Just like the other problems similar to looking at a profile, and cntrl C a name, or the searching also. This is not good. Too annoying now  I log off to correct it, but is constanly. It will unlock if I sit there and wait for a while.

This is a problem with all numerical input boxes.
I've found you can "pay 0 lindens" to get out.
