when i got my new dell computer i was pretty excited because it had more storage and ram than my compaq the only downfall is that its a pci instead of the agp card in my compaq. plus the agp card i have is 256 compared to the 128 in my dell. the dell (128 pci) is a Radeon X300 SE 128 pci..... when ever i play sl with it i have the problem that when i get a feew feet away the other avs faces turn orange. also when i drag my mouse accross things like chat boxes i get this little glitch looking box under my pointer, its hard to explain but if anyone ever had the old nintendo and experiance the deal where the game started messing uyp and u saw squares....well its kinda like that under my pointer. i mainly just play sl on my old computer since i found that out but my fiance has an account and wants to play to.....since i gave her my old computer it means ill be using the dell......i cant deal with the orange faces, well if i really have to i guess i gotta, but any advice?

Turn off your antivirus, remove any existing "ATI Display Drivers" in the Control Panel, and visit http://www.ati.com and download the latest display driver package.
You can then turn antivirus back on. |
