I'm trying to create a teen account for my niece. I live in the UK, and I can't verify it using my mobile phone, so I'm trying to use my paypal account (which is already tied to my account on the adult grid).
When I go through the account creation process, it gives an error saying that the account HAS been created, but there was a problem with the paypal verification, so the account could not be upgraded and won't get the free Linden $'s.
The email to verify the account isn't coming through - I've tried a couple of times with different email addresses just in case it's email on the blink.
Am I doing something wrong? Are you only allowed to use a paypal address on one account or something?
I read through the knowledge base and couldn't see anything relevant. If I missed it, I'm sorry - it's early here and I've only had one coffee *grin*
