This happened with my animation overrider detached as well. Also happened while I was standing and hovering in two different sims. I already filed bug report but was curious how many others been experiencing this. I have noticed it with some other people. Here's a pix of my freak self.

There must have been a nuclear accident in the sandbox and your av was just getting into position.
