Was wondering if anyone had an answer since live help doesnt seem to want to respond.
My friend is on a Windows operating system uses cable brand new pc has all gaming requirments installed and cant connect after new update. Well they where on a period of time and when they went to log back on it just hangs.We tried to clean cache,uninstall and reinstall SL tried to log on at diff locations and no luck, I can see the av come into world it never changed from that midget form and just poofs any suggestions would be great.
