At Morris, time dilation of .1, sim FPS of 3.

Attempt to teleport produced an error message I have not seen before, something like "The asset queue is backed up in this region and thus your teleport request would not be processed in a timely manner. Place try again later or move to a new region." That is a very rough paraphrase, my short term memory is bad.

It is real disappointing. Disappointing and puzzling, there is no visible evidence of abnormal user activity in Morris and it runs real slow. Next door in Ahern or Bonafacio or Dore things are normal, sim spec wise.
