LOG-IN problem or its just my computer?

Are any of you experiencing any Log-in / Log-out problems, its taking forever to do both....or is it just my out problem and I seriously need to check it out, lol

Log-in would take up much time and log-out screen just complitly froze on me.
I had to restart to get it back to normal.
In addition a friend had a very simular problem at a simular timming and restaring the computer, fixed the problem.
