DNS problem? on trying to log on..

logged out to then get this message (below) repetativly for the last hour on every attempt at connecting.

"Unable to connect to second life.
DNS could not resolve the host name.
Please verify that you can connect to the www.secondlife.com web site. If you can, but continue to recieve this error, please go to the support section an report this problem"

<<close>> is the only option i then get...


I have flushed by DNS cache, i have rebooted my modem twice now, just to receive the same message. I am able to get on the website with no issues...so some help asap would be much appreciated. thanks.

I have the same thing going on right now too

This happened to me briefly yesterday evening. There's been some funny stuff going on with at least one internet backbone today, but I haven't pinned my finger on it.

sigh, its hitting on 2 hours now...so annoying ((((((((((((((

I am having the same problem, has anyone any idea whats up yet?

had this problem since last evening about 19h00 GMT.

I think this is since they fixed that "packet loss" problem.. or coincidentally close to then.
