.

Answer: Please, everyone, be patient, we're doing the best we can, it's not fun for us either, check the blog for updates, and in the mean time, here's our Torley with "10 Super Fun Things To Do in the Dark!"

Please post a Jira report as to what exactly is the problem with the light bulb. If you cannot access the jira, please call the 800 number for support and leave a voice ticket; if you can't reach the voice mail, please send a carrier pigeon will all your computer specs, certified copies of all your ID and a pint of blood to Linden Labs. If the pigeon is returned to you, please post a Jira report.

Update 4000.789 is due out Weds and will feature 15 types of new light bulbs that can be used to communicate with planets outside of the solar system using special headphones available for a short time from our companion company SunEbayAmazon.allcom.

People still using morse code will have to upgrade and all previous lightbulbs will no longer work.

However, the new bank account password bots will still be working flawlessly and will be selling a small number of lightbulbs for those of you who own 20 sims or more.

all new lightbulbs are installed and seem to be working fine, however we have encountered a problem with the door to the room. We hope to have this corrected within the next 2-4 hours please keep reading the blog for updated info

We think our light bulb retrieval system was compromised, so we changed everyone's passwords. Have a great weekend, folks, we're outta here!

Despite our best efforts screwing in the new improved frosted glass bulb, something has gone wrong......... but fear not we have purchased a lampshade producer and will be installing a bigger diameter brighter blue lampshade........... :)

Our light bulb is unstable and prone to flickering during peak hours

So here is a pretty lampshade we've desided to cover it up with.

all the issues with the lightbubulbs have been fixed, but in the process we lost all the light switches in a database error

We are pleased to announce the new and improved light switches, which will start appearing on the beta grid by the end of this month, hopefully to be deployed before the end of this quarter, the new switches will be dhtml based, and powered by the NEW!! havoc2 physics engine for increased accuracy

We've had word that people without proper access to the rooms have been flipping the switches. Therefore, we will be implementing a security check outside all room areas which contain switches and lightbulbs. In order to gain access, we will need to see your passport, social security, birth certificate, strand of DNA, high school diploma, tax returns, grocery receipts, size of shoe, pant waist, favorite food, and a CD containing all passwords to accounts you use on the internet, which is required to search your computer and run a background check.

In addition, anyone who sees someone without access to the rooms try and get in should please report them to us, so we can all work safely, together, in our quest to be tattletales. Please check the blog for further updates and time of day.

I'm glad y'all think this is funny! I DON'T. If my company was as bad as this we would fold in a week. This is frustrating as hell. At least give us some real answers!

I am so rip roaringly mad. I can not believe global company such as this would use such outdated technology as a lightbulb. Why can they not listen to the user base and catch up with modern times. In my 20 years of experience with system analysis for a major corporation which i can not name here, we rid our systems of lightbulbs years ago due to such faulty operation. We collected hard data from government agencies and elected the new LED flashlights with motion driven energy sources were much more reliable then the use of standard outdated electricity. C'mon LL, I pay $2,134,835 per month for my 200 sims each with casinos with 20 camping chairs each. I deserve better service then this. Get your act together or I will leave SL and you will surely fold from the loss of my presence here. Of course that will be after I post in 25 other posts throughout the forum expressing my anger at the fact that you use lightbulbs. And of course ignore my post count of 1, and the fact that I just signed up 2 days ago...these facts are irrelevant and you should immediately do as I tell you about upgrading to motion technology lamps.

Good day

*wonders off pondering about this while stepping on the bugs*

We've just added some fantastic new wallpaper to the room!! (Don't look down) Click *this* link to view the awesome video of the wallpaper on youtube, and check Flickr for the many new pictures we're sure our residents will upload! We're looking into the many tickets we've received on some crunching sound, but we don't hear anything! *turns music up louder*

I made a post/joke some months ago in the technical forums about Light bulbs and Lindens....

How many Lindens does it take to change a light bulb?

One to hold the bulb, the rest to screw up the sims.

It was only a joke Mr Lindens... j/k, please don't reset my account or ruth me for it... plzzzzzzzzz
