Objects revert to old texture

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I have a pair of glasses in the game I wear that revert back to the colors and textures I had them set at the other day. I've changed the colors and textures on them before with no problems. I also have an earring set that does the same thing. They've reverted back every time I restart the game. They seem to have started doing this the other day when the sim i was in crashed. I dunno if that would have anything to do with this or not. Any thoughts?
