A new problem today not seen before
Click on SL icon, 'Detecting Hardware/Loading Second Life' CRASH logger,
repeat endlessly on each attempt, same thing, instant crash logger, no launch screen, just over and over again... and I have something VERY important going on today in SL..
Any ideas Lindens? IS anyone else getting this?

I've seen a few cases of this. Try removing temporary Second Life files and reinstall:
