You can't get it through the SL web site either. The Friends Online page says simply "Friends online has been temporarily disabled."

Sorry to hear it has been going on for such a long time for you, Pancake. Mine just started after the latest upgrade. Luckily I have several IDs which allows me to log in with an alt ego if I'm desperately trying to avoid seeing someone! LOL

I am actually relieved it isn't working cause my ims have slowed ALOT! I only need to commute with a few and not every Tom, Dick and Harry on my list everyday. MOANS....LMAO!

all my friends were marked offline and many were actually online. it kinda sucked, wondered around for hours like a lonely newb.  fortunately, i have a script that i ran that tells me anyone's true online status, friend or not. if anyone is interested in the script, IM me in game. |
