Any solution to what I'm experiencing now? It would seem that the larger the script I'm working on, the slower the editing typing speed. I tried deleting all the text in the large script then the typing speed normalized. I edited shorter scripts and typing speed was normal. I created a new script and pasted the large script code. Typing speed slowed down again.

I have noticed the same thing. In fact it is so bad with my scripts (they tend to be very large) that I have resorted to editing them outside of SL and just pasting them in.
