Non-QWERTY keyboards not supported in MacOS X

Hi,

I just started playing around with SL last night, and noticed that the french layout of my keyboard is not supported by the SL application. My keyboard is treated like a US QWERTY keyboard.

Most of the letters are the same, but all the digits and punctuation signs are different, so it becomes really difficult to speak «fluently».

This is on a 17'' PowerBook 1Ghz 1Go running MacOS 10.3.2.

This is an issue with both the Windows and Macintosh versions of SL, as Linden Labs does its own keyboard trapping.

Sorry... for now at least :-/
