Stuck under the world, invisible and unmoveable!

For the past 10-12 times I've attempted to log in, I am stuck under the world, and get a pop-up saying "Your clothing is still downloading. You can use the world normally, and others will still see you correctly."
Except....I CAN'T use the world normally. I am stuck in one position. I cannot move, I cannot fly. I can teleport, but when I teleport to a new area, I am still firmly stuck under the world, and am invisible, and still cannot move.
Uh....help? Heh.

Aaah, ok! As long as I didn't totally screw my account somehow, heh. I'm pretty new to the game, so I've never experienced a crash before. That's what this is?

It's probably related to the problems from earlier.
SL is down, offline, broken, not there....
Nothing we can do.

You can decide the location to log in to... before you log in, open Preferences and open the General tab, and check the box marked "Show Start Location on Login screen." Now below your login info, you can type a region name for your start location. If you need a region name, try "Fame." Odd to see more people posting with the same problem though, maybe this won't fix it...

Ty for the advice.. but that doesn't work either.. tried that the second time I couldn't get in... The problem doesn't seem to be with us...

I was not able to log in in my home land but i logged in to my island by typing in lawn crest into the selection window, it took a while still to log in but i got in with a body and cloths hehe

I got in by putting in another region in my box b4 log in. I am in and everything looks normal! Yay!
