Any ideas? HAD a Thinkpad R61E with the GMAX3100GM965 Intel that ran SL just fine, now I have a Thinkpad T61 with the Intel graphics card and can't stay in SL for more than 30secs :( I am aware SL doesn't support Intel...and also aware that although unsupported many people still can get into SL. Anyone out there have any 'fixes'?

Here are the specs on the T61:

I thought you had to have the T61's expansion dock and an add-in card to use this driver? Or do I have my models mixed ... I don't see any mention of Nvidia in your components listing.

I had a Thinkpad that was unfortunate in that, for the Intel chips, it wouldn't accept an Intel driver, only the IBM/Lenovo version of it. I had an R60, never did get it to work.

I do, however, have an HP laptop and a random desktop both with Intel chips, and they both are pretty stable, tho not fast of course.

Laptops

They can have all the ghz and ram they want, but if it still use a intel vid card its pretty much just for office use, and horrible for games -.o
