Cant Login No Matter What

I called tech support twice and they gave me the same excuse "its ur firewallz lols" WRONG.

First off, Windows Firewall was already disabled beforehand, second I tried with it on with SL as an exception, no dice.

I tried uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling, no dice.

I made sure all my drivers are up to date, still no dice.

Lastly, I made sure all my cables were hoooked up right, and, you guessed it, NO DICE!




I have had no issues until this version came out so if anyone, please, has some advice or a working solution let me know, thanks.

so what is it doing... Is it letting you sign in then just stops?? or are you even getting that far?

It goes to "Verifying Protocol Version" then stops for a long time and says the system is down, when it's not.

P.S. I'm not behind a router and I'm not on WiFi. So there should be no excuse for this.

My friend is having problems as well. He gets invalid username password, and we have reset it countless times so there is no way we could be making a mistake inputting it.

C'mon there has to be SOMEBODY who can help

Try creating a new character and see if you can log in with it.

Then if that doesn't work completely uninstall SL and delete the cache files it leaves behind, and reinstall.

You might have a corrupted download..try also to redownload the file.
