Still says "no payment info on file"

Hi!

I obviously gave payment info to LL otherwise I wouldn't be writing here. But in my in-game profile it still says "no payment info on file". What do I have to do to change this?

Purchase a US$ worth of Linden$'s. Usually does the trick.
