I would like to know if others out there running a dual core cpu and pci-e gfx cards in SLI mode notice a performance drop since the past few updates. Over the past month i've noticed my system take a bad performace hit with SL i've check things adjusted settings here and there but i've not been able to figure why i end up with such a bad lag. Today i tested to see if takeing my system off of SLI and just had one gfx card running would this change anything and I did noticed a slight jump in performace in the populated area i was in under SLI now performace is not the only issue becuse i've also noticed periodicly my system will lock up as i'm running SL its not a common occurince but when it happends everthing stops for about a minute and sometimes I just have to reboot it compleatly. If theres any body out there with simular system specs I would like to know if you are haveing the same problem.

system specs are as follows:
CPU:Intel Pentium D 3.0 Ghz
gfx cards: 2 Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT 512 mb pci-e 16x
ram: 2x1 gig sticks of DDR2 dual channle
HHD: 300 gig 7200 rpm SATA

video drivers tested : current and version previous to current.

Ah missed that one sorry and hopefully that helps but also my second question still left in question as to SLI issues I shall try and see if haveing SL on a single core helps with SLI active. I shall report my findings hopefully it will work out ok if not i hope there can be a fix for the SLI side of thigns aswell.
