My group now lists as (???) instead of the name of the group. Have issues building now. Sent in a support ticket, but no response. Anyone had this issue?

I have seen this twice now. Sadly I no nothing about what causes it or how to resolve it. But I suspect the client is unable to retrieve the group info, thus the ??? If you can get someone to try restarting the sim, it may help. If you are on mainland you'll probably need a Linden to help.

It might be the sim you are in. I've seen the "???" listing in "about land" on sims that are totally borked and clinging to life with a thread - a reboot of the sim usually solves the problem......but absolute hell trying to get a linden to fix it when needed these days.  |
