Help with Inventory Problems

I was in Miru on Sunday, the sim crashed. Upon logging back in and ever since, i am having problems with items in my inventory missing. Sometimes they are there, i go to get something out of it and then it is missing. It's like they come and go. Anyone have a clue as to what the problem may be? I have logged in and out several times hoping to fix the problem.....with no success.
