fool me thrice shame on me where is montmartre?

I go to all the trouble of typing out a great description of a unique event never b4 seen in second life only to find theres no way to get it listed unless I lie and say it's in the wrong sim and construct a 40 meter sign there saying its really some where else go off line come back 3 hours later am told the problems been taken care of but then type out the above statments for the third time . I'm sure the first time that was typed was a lot more cheerful and glad to be doing it but then to be told all better now and type it yet again . only to get to the part where you chose the simm that the event is in and no such sim exists on the list well if you ever do fix it why don't you type it up to because i'm done back to promoting at the welcome area for me this calender is for the insane.

I think he's saying that he can't list an event in an invisible sim.

Heya RacerX, Montmartre is now one of the Islands of Oceana. I'm sure you knew this already. I've heard there may be some bugs with the transfer but I hope they'll be resolved soon.

As for Event listing, helps to write it out in a Wordpad file and save it as a temp doc -- that way you don't lose your work. Copy-and-paste... voila!

Well my event had disapeared from the event listings so was trying to remidy that by re-listing it. And for some I guess simm move reason I couldnt see it listed. Even though I was on the estate list and should've been able to list but couldn't see it for some glitch reasons so then they wiped the lists and said all better tell him to try now (I think maybe the wipers could have said that's how they fixed it ). And then there would have been no problem ,I would have been put back on the list. Able to list my event On the third try not had to get pissed off then told well can't see it cause i'm not on the estate list. it was erased so now i needed the island owner who had been helping me up to then but had to go deal with rl and wasn't going to be back till a few minutes before the event was needed to put me back on the list and it was really getting to me on what my my fourth attempt . see really its not there see. Had to clear my cache on my browser and wanted to know what browser I was using ( IE) Took Dan Linden to hijack my account to figure out why I could't see Montmartre on the list of places I could hold an event. Oh seems you were on the list this morning but list wiped now. ...? well can't you put me on the list .? no .

well that's a pretty good waste of time so far
So I guess that if you can't see the the place your sposed to see. Make a copy of your lists .Tell them there's a problem they fix it say ok. Then put the list back DUH. seems so obviose now

It was the Estate List not being connected to the web page,,it was taken care of Firday nite (3 Dec) Racer if y'all have any more trouble..IM me AND Mae...then file a bug report. She and I are tracking these funky bugs as well as "The Lindens" It's rumored that we are the Bermuda Triangle of SL due to some reaaaaaaaaaly weird bugs that only we have...
