My dwell number went down. It was at 17k..
This morning its 16K and Spittoonie was very busy yesterday.
Other places went up. Why did I go down.
Please investigate.

Thats just my 'Dwell Pump'.
I figured why complain, when I could script a solution instead. Thanks for confirming its effectiveness, even if I didn't intend that area as a specific target. (Needs fine-tuning..)

Seriouslaaah, it's hard work when you have lotsa of people on your land. They're all asking questions and needing help. Probably, most likly, betcha 50 bucks I'm on crack and my dwell was at 12K and jumped up to 16K and I was dreaming that I had 17K then i woke up and it was only 16K.

changes every day jack
theres no set way to know how much dwell ya could get... ya can have 10 people over, who don't go anywhere else all day, and get a higher number than havin 30, who drop by for an hour, but spend 4 hours elsewhere that day etc etc
its not a very good mechanic and you can *never* rely or predict on it at all
