Anyone else having problems downloading the new update? Mine keeps getting to 48k and then telling me my firewall is preventing it from finishing. Baloney lol. I have never had a problem with the updates before. I even turned my firewall OFF and tried it.. still got the popup saying the firewall was the problem.... ummmm.. yeah.

The EXACT same thing was happening to me, stopped at 48 even though I didn't have a firewall on. I ended up uninstalling sl and reinstalling from the website. Now I crash every few mins. This morning in my first 10 mins I crashed 3 times. I crash when I go in edit mode. I thought maybe it was just my system acting up but I guess not.

By NOT installing the update I have had a hard time logging on... takes a few minutes to log on IF it lets you and you dont get the "something has gone wrong" popup =P. Glad to hear its not my computer but SL's problem. (bangs head on keyboard) lol

Check the main page of the blog. They have found internal fixes for some of the issues and offer links to go back to the old 1.17.0 version until they do the update tomorrow. Hope this helps!
