Ever since the 1.7 update I've had a weird stuttering issue. While in windowed mode, the game would pause for about a second whenever I moved the mouse until I stayed in one spot for a minute. If I moved or even looked around it would start again. It's fine in fullscreen unless I log in like that, but switching to windowed and back stops it. I finally took the time to mess around with the graphic options and found that disabling the 'AGP Graphics Acceleration' would fix the stuttering, plus give me a boost in local FPS.

As for the performance increase, here are two shots, before and after, taken without moving less than a minute apart. I went from 15.3 to 20.3, that's a 25% increase:

Not sure if I'm just imagining it, but everything seems to load a bit quicker with the option off.
