International characters are those needed to write in other languages than english.
In french, italian or spanish words can change meaning if you ommit those funny à é è.

ability to use such characters have been added to chat then to notecards and scripts. BUT scripts that read notecards receive the lines with all those chars stripped off. Apparently the dataserver is not yet UTF-8 compatible.

Issue: objects that talk foreign languages from reading notecards have missing characters.
