Cant use vehicles in game

Im not sure if this goes here, it may be a scripting issue, but since the recent patch I havent been able to drive any vehicles, if I try to (right click, choose ride/drive/W00T etc) instead of instantly appearing in the seat of the vehicle and being in a 3rd person view of it, and some sort of confirmation that im driving it or im a passenger. My AV walks to it, bumps into the vehicle for a few seconds, then im sitting somewhere on the vehicle and I cant operate it.
