I'm trying to log on one of my old account and whenever I do I get the message that LL has changed my password to protect my account from being hacked. So I go to SL.com and go through steps to change my password, get the email, click the link in the email and get to a page with this message:

"My Account

We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please contact Second Life support for assistance. For more information and numbers to other countries please refer to our support page. "

I've been trying and getting same message for several months...

There was a password breakin in sept 2006. LLABS reset al the PASSWORDS... You need to provide the SQ answer and they remail you a reply to rest your password..

Opps did you fail the SQ? and now getting a Call LLabs reply?!

Nothing works on the website that would let me change my password, the link I get in an email leads me to the page telling me it can't do it right now, and I get the same thing from the security question page.

You need to contact support@secondlife.com They reset all the passwords back in sept.
At the moment LLabs is redoing their accounts pages, that might be the problem also...

God Luck......
