Hello, I recently purchased a new computer that has dual processors and dual video cards. I was wondering if SL has the capability to allowing this?

hehe ram/cpu, get you a long way in SL, vid card not so much, id higly recommend anyone in SL min 1 gig ram , theres a huge diffrence. dx8.1 = no ripple water dx9 = ripple water thats pretty much what SL need for vid card part, oh well it want 128mb min ram to on them that help (tried it with 32/64mb once har har no fun) 1 Sim fully rendered with local light on, 20 ish avatars , textures can eat up 1200mb ram ;p

SL doesn't utilize a duel core CPU and it may not run correctly unless the affinity is set for the game. As far as SLI, it can improve any game; you just have to create your own profile. The more system ram the better but video ram above 128 is wasted from what I can see.
