everytime i click on sl icon to start up programme error log appears then sl crashes. unable to join the fun of sl. any1 help

What kind of computer hardware do you have?
1) Video Card
2) Amount of memory
3) Processor/CPU Speed
have you played SL before and now it won't work or just starting for the first time?
