Rausch Combat Sim, unable to set homepoint.

After joining the Red Team group I am unable to set homepoint on the Red Team's side sim of Rausch. Is this going to be fixed or can a Linden manualy set that for me? It's annoying and pain to be sent to another homepoint off sim and not being ablt to tp back due to server strain and what not. Please help.
