Game crashed on startup

Im german, and I will try to explain the problem.

I told a girlfriend about SL and now she wants to play it on her laptop.

we installed the software, and registered her.

But the problem ist: We started the game, the loading line comes up and starts in the middel and than when the line is near by the end the game crashed and we are at windows.
The message for sending a report come up and this hapend all the time.


Anybody an idea how we can fix the problem ?

Not all computer configurations can run SL. If you post your system info, that will help narrow down the source of your problem:
