male/female mixing trouble?

Just tonight I noticed some odd behavior from the appearance editor and the default standing script that I think amounts to male/female mixing of attributes.

1) If I go into edit appearance and come out, even without making any changes, my AV's arms become much bigger. As if I slid the muscle and fat sliders to 100% (they are already pretty high, but not 100%)

2) I seem to be standing with my arms straighter than usual, which makes the hands-embedded-in-hips problem worse tonight than I've seen before.

I narrowed this down a bit...

Any change I make to my torso, or if I edit the torso but don't save any changes, makes my shoulders and arms really big, as if I maxed all the sliders. If I sign off/in it fixes itself.

I believe the hands-in-hips thing is just the result of narrowing my shoulders.

This is alomst the exact opposite of the problem I've ben having forever now. My 'Yena AV has the muscles maxed, but whenever I log on, or change TO that AV from another, my upper body is shaped asif the muscle slider is at the 50% point. All I have to do though, is open the appearance editor and click onthe toroso button to correct it. But it's still annoying.
