System Logging me Out for almost an hour

I submitted a support ticket. But lord only knows when that will be looked at. The sandbox was being attacked by a griefer with a physics prim rezzer. It was slowed down to where nobody could do anything. Couldn't teleport out. So I relogged, and now the system has been logging me out since and won't let me back in.
Why doesn't the system automatically log you out when you are logging back into sl. The system should just assume you crashed and need to get back in.

You did try to log in on another sim right?, teleport/logging in on a sim you know is slowed down by physics/grief/stuff is bound to never work properly.

To get rid of that "system is logging you out blabla" from a slow sim is fastest if you get someone (or yourself -.- alt) massage the avatar that is "stuck" and it should say "offline", then you should be able to log back in, always try another sim tho.
