Okay, I've been having this problem for about a week now. "Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer. Please contact [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] if you think this is an error" I have not violated TOS, and I can log on from computers other than my own.
Alright, now, I e-mailed support, which states I will get a quick response on business days. It's been about a week, and nothing. I have a huge group to manage, an SL business, and a lot of people who are probably wondering where I have been. I really need something done here, and fast. The Lindens are aware of this problem, they should be doing a better job of controlling its widespread.

I have the same problem you have since now. i have been able to play my morning and noon... i have emailed support aswell but no reaction so far. Did you had a responce by now? and if you do can you pls tell me what is wrong?

I've got the same problem now, it started about half an hour ago... will be checking back to see if anyone has this settled yet.

searching for an answer to this stupid problem for almost 3 months, i feel like im being ignored by linden lab... i would really LOVE A REPLY, BECAUSE ITS TICKING ME OFF

This is day 2 allready still no response from support@...... I tried several things on my pc but i still keep getting the same message..... Did anyone who has the same problem heard anything yet? or how you can fix it?
Please let me and the ppl here who got the same problem know something. So that we are able to play again

Oke, For all ppl who have this problem. dail this number: Our direct number (not toll-free) is available worldwide:
+1 (415) 243-9000
It seems the account is caught up by security. If you call them they can fix it so you can log back in right away!!
I did it and it worked!!!
