I cant get into preview

I downloaded the preview of SL and still cant connect!!

I was born before september 21 and still cant CONNECT!!!

It may be difficult to pinpoint the problem without more information, such as what kind of problem you're having; what happens when you attempt to log in; whether it stalls, crashes, exits, or gives an error message; what part of the login process isn't behaving properly or what error messages appear.
